This is Jen coming to you live from Strike-n-Spare! We are down a man tonight (Brandon pre-bowled) so the goal is to bowl as fast as we can and get out of here. Lane conditions are wet (that’s what she said) and there was a little difficulty in adjustments but I think we’re now getting hang of it.

WOO-HOO!! I just bowled a 245! My highest game ever! It was a close game against JDMC, we eeked out 2 points by 8 pins.

Now we are in the second game and have a lot of ground to make to up due to Brandon getting all makey-outty with his lady all of his second game. That’s gotta be the reason he would bowl a 159. Unfortunately, skills were not on our side this time. JDMC destroyed us by almost 100 pins. Maybe it had something to do with all of them bowling well above their averages and 3 out of 4 of us did not. That’s just a hypothesis, though.

It’s the start of the third game and the lanes seem much more normal now. You know how I can tell? I’m not getting 5 strikes in a row.

Bob here: OMG! Jen just bowled a 168 to make a series of 600!!!!! First 600 EVAR!

Okay, so we didn’t win the third game…oh wait, I spoke too soon.  We actually won the third game!  SOAL ended up winning 4 points and are still in solid 9th place.  Hey, we won the first half of the season, we wanted to give the other teams a chance to be a winner as well.
